Finally back at work. We are all competing to see if we can get 40 hours per week. I had hoped this would be back to "normal" by the time I got back. The realities of a 30K pay cut are unpleasant. Now we can be forced to go on out of town work without overtime. They just give us comp time....

So...my options at work are: 1. Go on a Leave of Absence and collect unemployment for 30,60, or 90 days 2. work at 75% of normal hours 3. Go on Pay Protection until July 1 at 75% pay due to multiple High Risk health factors I chose #3 so I might not be in here much until July. I will miss you folks....

We have similar issues. Large work loads with unclear instructions.
