Is the font color options in BBCode editable?

I'd like some grays, #111, #222, #333, #444, #555, #666, #777, #888, and #999. But if just one, #777

I do that in the Trivia games, but it'd be easier to just click a color than to fix the code

For that question, I would have to defer to Mike. I assume if it is possible, it is a site-wide setting that applies to everyone.
