Hold up! The item was described as "A storage room in the basement of an an old, run down San Francisco apartment complex in China Town."

Are you allowed to just leave out the description and redefine the previous entry as "A storage room"?

The only way I see all of that fitting into the attic of an upscale, newly renovated Dallas suburban home in McKinney is if the attic has some Beetlejuice-style model of China Town up in the attic.
