In Andrew Sullivan's old blog, the beloved "" he would feature a Mental Health Break every day. A way to take a break from all the news and stress in the world and relax on something fun or heart-warming or grounding or trippy (there's a reason they were always posted at 4:20pm). I've felt I needed this destresserizer, especially for the next month. So post your own favorite videos that make you calm and happy or just come back whenever you're overwhelmed.
